At Homework Professional, all materials provided by our experts are strictly for research and study purposes only and should not be submitted as final assignments. Terms & Conditions:
Our goal is to provide students with high-quality academic assistance while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship. To ensure the best service, we have set forth the following terms and conditions:
Access to Course Materials: The customer is responsible for granting us access to necessary course materials by sharing login credentials via text messages, Duo Push app, or email forwarding. If access is not provided, we are not liable for any issues related to missing or incomplete course materials.
Tight Deadlines: Customers with urgent deadlines must seek approval from the consultant before submitting work. This ensures sufficient time for a thorough review of the order.
Exam Submissions: We are not liable for any submissions required by academic institutions, such as in-person appearances, video, audio, or photos.
Missed Exams: We are not responsible if the customer misses an exam due to technical issues such as slow internet speeds (below 50Mbps), failure to provide login credentials or course materials, or neglecting to submit required work to the institution.
Technical Issues: Any issues related to phones, devices, software, networks, or internet that occur before or during an exam fall outside our responsibilities. We focus solely on exam preparation.
Communication: Customers must maintain communication with our support team to monitor progress, even while traveling.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will not be completed before Monday unless a consultant confirms there are no urgent deadlines.
Required Textbooks: If a textbook is required, the customer must provide a softcopy or electronic version. If only a physical copy is available, the customer must provide images of the necessary pages upon request. We are not responsible for incomplete assignments due to the unavailability of textbooks.
